We work in a hybrid mode and our headquarters are in Žilina — you can work from home or from the office, with at least 2 – 3× a month in the Žilina office.
What you'll be doing:
- Securing and developing security monitoring built on SIEM solutions (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender).
- Taking care of production security and communicating with external security partners.
- Managing and developing endpoint protection (SentinelOne).
- Helping to implement and maintain security standards according to ISO 27001, including taking part in the certification.
- Handling security incidents – from detection through analysis to proposing preventive measures.
- Securing the Microsoft 365 environment (Intune, Defender, identity).
- Automating security processes and connecting security with the DevOps approach.
- Cooperating with the infrastructure and development teams on designing secure solutions.
- Taking part in designing the security architecture and selecting suitable tools.
Who we're looking for:
- You have experience in IT security (DevSecOps, Security Engineer, System Engineer or a similar role).
- You have hands-on experience with SIEM solutions (ideally Microsoft Sentinel).
- You know tools such as SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Intune or similar solutions.
- You are familiar with security standards (ISO 27001).
- You have experience with incident handling and working with logs.
- You have an overview of cloud security and M365.
- You can automate processes and think efficiently.
- You understand the Linux/Windows environment and the basics of network security.

Salary conditions
For self-employed contractors from 4 000 € to 4 500 € per month. For full-time employment from 3 000 €/month gross. The full-time salary is split into a fixed component and a 200 € personal bonus. The final salary depends on mutual agreement and your experience. Everything is a matter of mutual agreement.

Education
University education (1st, 2nd or 3rd degree) — technical field.
Language skills
English — intermediate (B1).
Personality requirements and skills
A team-oriented, communicative, friendly and goal-driven personality focused on results and delivery. Willing to expand their knowledge and travel to us in Žilina from time to time. We'll appreciate analytical skills and the ability to solve problems.
